If you want a great makeup look, you have to have a great skincare routine! My 3-step morning skincare routine will help prep your skin so your makeup goes on beautifully!

Prep– Use a toner to restore your skin’s pH and prep your skin for the other skincare products you will be applying. The F11 Facial Toner or the F67 Corrective Facial Tonic (my personal fave) are great ones to use.
Protect– The F83 HT + Vitamin C Serum is a fantastic serum to use in the morning! It will help hydrate, brighten, and protect your skin.
Hydrate– As we age, our skin is producing less oil and appears drier. It’s so important to invest in a good moisturizer/face cream that will hydrate our skin! Dry skin enhances fine lines and wrinkles. Hydrated skin helps you look glowy and youthful. My personal favorite face cream is the F42 Corrective Face Cream because it contains natural sun protection from UVA and UVB rays. It also contains tapioca starch so it helps absorb excess oil. That means this face cream won’t leave you looking greasy and oily!

Eyeliner: Instead of fully lining your eye with eyeliner and making it look heavy and harsh, just apply it on the outer corner of your eyes. This will still give it definition but with a softer look.
Mascara: Tubing mascara is wonderful for mature skin! You don’t have to worry about raccoon eyes or messiness.

Everyday vs. Special Occasion Romantic Makeup Looks

To take your look from an everyday look to a special occasion romantic makeup look, you just have to change a few things! When thinking about your everyday look, think less is more. But for a dressier occasion, think more!

Just like an artist needs good tools to create a masterpiece, you need good tools to apply your makeup and look and feel amazing! If you’re seeking for a simple makeup look, then you’ll want to tone down your colors. Reach for lighter and fresher and more natural shades. Stick with your normal foundation color, but instead of using a bold contour, use a lighter contour color. Bronzer Versus Contour…What’s the difference?

You may think that bronzer and contour are the same. They’re both brown and you apply them to your face. Same same, right?? WRONG! Bronzer is meant to create a sun-kissed glow. Bronzer is a warm brown that adds a pretty warmth to your face. Whereas contour is an ashy brown that creates shadows on your face. Contour adds shapes, shadow, and dimension. Bronzer just helps you look like you’ve been out in the sun. There is a big difference between the two browns. How to Use Contour

Most women are used to applying foundation on their entire face to help even out their skin tone. And that’s great. But, when you apply one shade all over your face, you’re getting rid of the natural shadows that are cast on your face and you’re left with a lifeless and flat look. That’s not very flattering! Enter contour. After you’ve applied your foundation, you want to bring back those natural shadows to help your face look alive and vibrant! But where should you apply contour?? You want to apply contour on your cheekbones, forehead, jawline, and nose. Make sure you have a great contour brush because it will make all the difference! These are the areas that you want to add shape.

Cheekbones- When applying contour to your cheekbones to help chisel them out, you want to find your bone in the middle of your face. Start at your hairline, follow along the bone, and end at the corner of your eye. Make sure to blend it really well so it looks like a natural shadow. Bending it upwards will help give your cheekbones that pretty lift.
Forehead- For your forehead, follow along your hairline and blend it into your hair to avoid any unnatural lines.
Jawline- Contouring along your jawline will help define that area and slim out your face. Apply contour along the jawbone and blend it down along your neck.
Nose- If you want to slim your nose, then apply contour along the sides of your nose. Make sure to blend well so you don’t see any brown lines.

Using a cream contour is a game changer! It goes on really smoothly and blends like a dream! It makes the contouring process super easy! All contour colors are not created equal..there are some that are warm, cool, or neutral browns. Depending on your skin tone will depend what shade will look best on you. How to Use Bronzer

Bronzer is a great way to look like you’ve been out in the sun, without having to be out for hours in the sun! When applying bronzer, you want to focus on the parts of your face where the sun would naturally hit. These will be the highest parts on your face…your cheeks, cheekbones, forehead, nose, and chin. Using a big fluffy bronzer brush will help you get a light touch and even coverage. Simply get your bronzer and your brush and lightly apply bronzer after you’ve applied your foundation and contour. It’s always a little intimidating trying something new…especially a new makeup routine! But, I’m not joking when I say that Seint makeup is so extremely easy to use! This makeup line is for every level of makeup user…beginner, medium, and pro! Most women fall under the beginner category. If that’s you, then this easy Seint makeup tutorial is for you!

BEGINNERS

Since you consider yourself a beginner, that means you probably don’t have a lot of makeup experience, you don’t really like wearing a ton of makeup, you might not have the confidence to do anything beyond mascara and lip gloss, or you don’t want to spend a ton of time on your face. I totally get it! And that’s ok! But the great thing about this makeup is that you don’t have to have a lot of makeup experience, you don’t have to use a ton of product, you don’t have to spend a ton of time to look and feel beautiful!

This is the best makeup for beginners because you can literally finger paint your face and blend with a brush and be done! It takes just a few minutes to highlight and contour your face! It’s the best! This makeup is cream so it’s really fool proof! You can slop it on and blend and it’s super easy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO START

For this Seint makeup tutorial, you want to start with the basics. As you get more practice and learn to love the makeup, you can add on extras over time if you want. The basics to start include:

Highlight- this is your foundation color and matches your skin (1 for your main highlight and 1 for your lighter highlight for under your eyes)
Contour- this is a dark brown that will add shadow, dimension, and shade to your face to give you a feminine look
Lip & Cheek- this is your blush and lip color
Illuminator- this adds a pretty glow to the tops of your cheekbones (1-3 shades to mix it up!)
Brush- it is key to have a good brush to apply this makeup! I think the absolute easiest brush to use is the Bronzer + Blush Brush. You apply the makeup with your fingers and blend with the brush.
Sponge- a damp makeup sponge can help you get a flawless finish! After you’ve applied and blended your makeup with your brush, use the sponge to really blend by dabbing and patting it all over face.

How to Use the Seint Palette Builder

Now, if you want to build your custom palette, then you can use the Seint palette builder! Here’s how to create your perfect palette:

Go HERE
Click on SHOP
Click on PALETTE BUILDER
You can choose what size and design for your custom compact
Then, under the ADD ITEMS section, scroll through each makeup option and add what you want: highlight, contour, lip & cheek, illuminator, powder, bronzer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, brow wax lip conditioner, and perfume)
Click the + sign and add whatever color and product you want.
It will appear in your palette at the top of the page
When you’re finished adding what you want, then click ADD ITEMS TO BAG and your filled palette will be added to your cart for checkout.
You can add any other items before completely checking out (like brushes, carries, skincare, brush cleanser, setting spray…)

Send a Selfie
