How to Apply
Some eyeliners come in pencil form, some come in liquid form, some come in a crayon form. But this Maskcara eyeliner comes in a cream form! The best way to apply it is with one of two of Maskcara Beauty makeup brushes…either the Hotline Brush or the Multitasker Brush. Every artist needs a good paintbrush to create a masterpiece, so you must use the right tools to apply your makeup properly!
Take the Hotline Brush or the Multitasker Brush and lightly dip it into the pigment. Then you can apply the color as dark or light, heavy or thin as you like! Because of its cream formula, it is very forgiving and easy to apply and blend.
