My Word for 2018

At the beginning of every year, I like to make goals. Usually I make a great list of goals and have high hopes of achieving them all. But then I forget to look at them throughout the year and they kind of fall by the wayside. Then I take them out again and look at them at the end of the year and realize I did ok but could have done better. Does this happen to you too?? So, this year I am doing something different. This year I am choosing one word to focus on. To better myself. To fine tune my imperfections. My word for 2018 is STRENGTHEN.
I want 2018 to be a year of strengthening. I want to become stronger in many areas of my life. I want to be a stronger woman.
I want to STRENGTHEN my body: I plan to do body weight exercises as we travel around the world to stay in great shape so I can keep up with my kids!
I want to STRENGTHEN my testimony of my Savior, Jesus Christ: I plan to not only read the Book of Mormon daily, but to study it with a manual so I can gain a stronger testimony of its truth.
I want to STRENGTHEN my businesses (Maskcara Beauty Girl & Transparent Travelers): I plan to continue to create content and be consistent in our efforts to grow.
I want to STRENGTHEN my relationships with my family: I plan to call a family member at least once a week as we travel the world so we can stay connected and strengthen those bonds.

I hope that by focusing on one word, I can better achieve my goals and dreams. I want 2018 to be a year of strengthening. And I’m going to do it! What is your word for 2018??
